What is the best way of repairing the straps on a rucksack so that they never break again no matter how much?

So no matter how much weight is in the rucksack the straps will never break again, in other words a permanent repair.

A really good idea is to use fishing line to stitch them. Stitch the straps to the rucksack with fishing line, and reinforce the straps themselves by stitching them each side so they won’t fray.

Go to an outdoor store. One that sells climbing or repelling equipment. They will sell 1" webbing. It is double thick. It is rated for around 5000lbs. Sew it on with industrial strength tread. Good to go.
