Make a walk of 3 days before, I do not think I can handle it! ?
Im 15, and a bit of a midget: D This year I will be tours of 3 days, about 10 miles each day about the mountainous and swampy land. Last year two of my friends took a walk 2 days and could not handle the weight of the bag .. Dwarf theyre too:) I'm pretty sure I can handle walking itself, But I am worried it will not be able to carry a heavy pack as well (about the capacity of 60L) Any advice, etc? Much appreciated!
Train. Start less distance and more light weight and gradually increase. It will be easier.
