you can buy the charlie assault pack which connects to pack, increasing your load.

The weight limit on the large (it appears you have a medium) alice is 100lbs. But that is just the weight limit for the pack. The pack frame has a limit of 200lbs (I know this because the limit of the pack frame with the shelf is 210lbs). And there are videos on youtube for attaching the MOLLE 2 sleep carrier to the alice frame. The molle 2 frame is just far to fragile for me.
