How can I prevent blisters, while trekking?
I'm two weeks trekking in Malaysia. I've used in my boots, so bring 2 pairs of socks and using talcum powder to keep feet dry. I have blisters on the balls of the feet (due to the weight of my backpack, I think). I only have the essential elements in my backpack and a tent, clothes and food, so you can not take anything. I've heard rubbing alcohol to burn his feet in his works, but how much time you need to put it on before you go?
You should be fine, provided they stop occasionally and let your feet rest.
