Uniform, T-shirts, ACU (except the prego) patrol caps and berets are unisex. With the shirts are close to regular size so I get what you normally wear. Keep your receipt and if not fit to take them back. In all the years I've been using T-shirts never had to replace due to the contraction so that it will not be a problem. As for the beret and patrol cap .... simply til try several to find the size you need. The sizes can vary by the brand you get. What fits into a style can not fit into the same size in another. Boots has to try and find out what fits you more comfortable that this is something that the size may vary of the brand you are buying. Uniforms run small, medium, large and X-Large. They will also regular, long and extra long. You can use a small regular or you can use a great time. You will be able to handle at the top and see what fits you best before you buy.
