How can I leave my backpack in my hips hurt?
I have a backpack deuter. I have not walked with him for any long distances (2-3 days at most), but after the first day my hips are painful and feel bruised. Is this normal? If not, how can I do better? Thank you. I've been using waist belts, I think this is the problem. I usually have these really tight anyway?
make sure you're packing your backpack properly as this can cause problems, also check the oadding of the waist strap, the opportunity that is too thin, too make sure it is done to tight enough and take painkillers if it hurts
