Camping at the Leeds Festival, advice?
so im going to Leeds Fest and I'm an early bird, so I'll be there like 6 days. never been camping before let alone a festival! So I was wondering what size backpack should get, I've seen about 35 liters and 45 liters. or do you think I should have a suitcase? im mainly worried about the mud, knowing the British weather. I also wondered what people use at festivals, I thought leggings and vests long or short of the summit, with a material kagool one for rainy days. I'll also take a couple Wellies obviously, but what other shoes I take, cos i can simply use a pair of Wellies for 6 days! thanks for the advice:)
When I went to the festival Sonisphere it was for 3 nights and 3 days, if you do not want the Palava all washing their hair, then you can get some "dry shampoo" things that apparently is very good and clean use face instead of water and products cleaning and definitely have some gel hand sanitizer and toilet paper, not based on soap and hygiene there, its false! I took a backpack of 35 liters and seemed to do fine, I like to bring several outfits and something like a thin layer of Mac or water-resistant, easy and simple and only wear Wellies or thick boots all the time, and I take something stupid like sandals (I saw some people do at the festival went to its inevitable your feet hurt) Do not worry about the mud is all part of the festival thing and everyone will be covered with mud and something at the end of it (:
