How can "lock the knee" while running backpack for the army?
I understand that proper packing and distribution weight is key, but how exactly is supposed to march? I heard that you need to lock the knees at every step, but I (and I'm doing this information is wrong or false) which puts more strain on my knees and makes me want to walk normally. My time so far is less than 14 minutes per mile. It is a very fast ride, as he would walk normally without locking the knee technique.
DO NOT lock your knees. Who told you was shaken leg (bad pun, sorry) when you fuck, just easy walk. If you walk in the way, well ... but there is no special technique of locking the knees. When you is underway, in any case, you DO NOT want to lock the knees. You injure yourself, bouncing all over the place and look like an idiot ... basically stand out among the crowd. You really want to roll the feet when walking so that his head does not bounce ... but try not to sashay of her hips like a lady, who does not impress anyone. A good "step up" is damn hard, no doubt, but that little knees ... haha ... It's the last thing you want.
