I have a 60+10 litre rucksack for the trip. Im going to be jumping on and off trains a lot to get to where I want to go, and need to know how much, and what sort of clothing I should take. I'm going in the summer, to Holland. Average temp. 22 degrees.

You should take at least 4 outfits at the minimum, 5 outfits maximum. Lightweights with rain wear for summer, an umbrella and a sweater are necessary almost any time of year.
well as it should be warm weather or mild atleast pack quite light clothes. comfortable ones and ones you can easily roll/fold up. i suggest light cropped trousers, walking boots/trainers, a light rain coat, 2 long sleeved tops / warmer ones. maybe a fleece/ small jacket. Youd need 5 tops /t shirts and maybe 4 pairs of trousers.
