I'm training for my 9th marathon at the moment, and trying to get a little extra, to go for a 3:30 finish, by using a heavy loaded rucksack. Does anyone have any tips to secure a rucksack properly - at the moment, the straps on all my rucksacks slip, and I spend more time tightening them than running

Duct tape. Works best if you let the roll sit in the sun for a 15 min, so its nice and sticky.
