I `d exchange out the flashlight LED headlight, much more convienent, you can cook set up camp, etc with the use of both hands and bright light where you need it. I `d bring a couple pair of socks, Merino wool. You can keep feet warm even if wet, to reduce the odor, and dries fairly quickly.
