Interesting Gap Year Gift Idea
I keep getting asked for good ideas for gifts of travel, having made several trips to myself, and meet Many people often disappear for long periods, I think my friends think I'm an authority on it, and to be fair I have started to make my trips and my art that may need to slow down!
Having also received a large number of nets, sunscreen, stuffed toys and guides, all of which has been through love and welcome, I bought something a little more special for our last trip to Utah!
I found this lovely little jewelry designer Scarlett called based in Brighton, who has made a single silver charm that is designed to fit on the cord of a backpack. There is also a version for sale and keyring.
What is beautiful is the idea they are all symbols travel and good luck with them, to be sentimental to travel, I know mine has and I will not go anywhere without it long distance! There is even a symbol to remind the owner to keep in touch with friends back home.
I do not think they have a real store in Brighton, but have their parts in other jewelry stores, but you can buy online now (I bought mine over the phone). Personally I think make a really unique gift, much more interesting than a network of mozzies and not "specific weather" or not to risk buying it for a single trip.
