What should I pack as a back packer?!?
I am traveling through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia for 6 weeks in the summer. What elements essential I take? Any advice to save space?! The backpack I bought has a capacity of 50 liters. Please note that I will travel during the season rain!
I did this last year for 3 months, all of South Asia. I suggest not overpack your clothes! I think I took enough clothes for 14 days?! 1 Just bring enough clothes to last 7 days, so let's say 7 t-shirts, a pair of shorts and maybe a pair or 3 / 4 lengths. and underwear and the main course. It can be classified as rainy season, but still going to be very hot! You can buy almost everything you could ever need there, because there are tons of boots and pharmacies that sell any of the usual things you might need. As well as all the clothes, you can get them very cheap out there, if it ruins all. So only 7 days clothes, wallet, cards, sunglasses, insect repellent, camera and off! Be careful of scams going to Cambodia from Thailand, if you can help not take the bus! If you do, be sure to take U.S. $ Cambodia, which is their main currency, and do not change at the border when people tell you that you will a rate much better than in the cities will get you ripped majorly!
